Charlie is used to have a cub of peppermint tea every afternoon. he loves the whole procedure of brewing tea. beginning with filling up the teapot and ending up with slurping the very last drop of tea out of it. the way the tea was shimmering in the sun made him feel welcome and warm. he has been doing that for his entire parrot life. guess his mother used water improved with some herbs to clean his egg shell. but that time a cat came in, a cat which broadly smiled at him. you like drinking tea, eh? the cat asked and started smiling at him again. Charlie didn't bother and continued drinking his afternoon tea. the washing machine as well as the detergents on it began suddenly to dance. his view became more and more cloudly until he fell asleep. a sweet-smelling autumn-red fluid was caressing his toes. the room surrounding him was made of some china-like material. he decided to climb up a wall to see what is outside. Charlie could not believe what he was seeing.. a huge card, with arms and legs, was hunting a white flamingo, another card was saluting. up to then he hadn't noticed what happened behind his back. a cold and noisy snort made his feathers shivering.
where was he?
aaah... ummm, let me think....wonderland....???? a world where everything 10 times smaller than your size in the real world becomes as big, even bigger than you, and ALIVE, and zsometimes they chase you around.... and watch out for the Queen of heart, she`s the most dangerous one... hehehehe
Of course I love it!!!
KYA, erm, as well. i am rather late sorry for that, but i was rather busy lately (had to learn for the theoretical part of my driving license, i succeeded, by the way. KYA!) what does KYA mean? lol. i thought there mustn't be a wallpaper featuring wonderland without cards jumping around in the background, heh. thanki
I this!! I always like how your pictures are very blank in the background; I know you do that cuz it's a wallpaper but also, it gives me the feeling that whereever Charlie is, it's either very misty, foggy, or it's evening time, and it sets an interesting mood. hehe
And I love the story too!! Great visuals in the story; I could really imagine it in my head if you ever get into adding more illustrations to your story (like an animation, or kids book!) I think you'd do an awesome job!! !
bah, i am way too lazy to add all the stuff you mentioned there. i thought about it several times, but, oh my. i am so god damn lazy. a children's book (with fairy tales etc) would be so much work to do, it's tempting me, heh. i'll try to do something like that. promise. (promise.. i hadn't even enough time to train my digi painting skills, bah.)but thanks for the tips
